CAT CB34B Utility Compactor – Tandem Vibratory Roller

The Cat CB34B is a compact tandem vibratory roller designed for asphalt compaction on road shoulders, small parking lots, residential streets and lane additions. It can work as the primary roller on small jobs or as a support roller on larger paving projects. With 1300 mm (51 in) wide drums and high vibration amplitude, the CB34B delivers strong tons-per-day production, helping contractors achieve density targets with fewer passes.

Powered by a fuel-efficient Cat C2.2 Tier 4 Final diesel engine, the CB34B offers around 36.4 kW (48.8 hp) and smooth hydrostatic drive for up to 13 km/h travel speed. The machine features excellent drum-edge visibility, dual vibration frequencies and an efficient water spray system with a large 308 L (81 gal) tank, supporting long continuous paving runs. The operator station provides a comfortable, open platform with foldable ROPS, sliding seat and intuitive control panel, making it ideal for rental fleets and roadwork contractors.
